This post is for you Dad. I know you love BBQ and since you are new to the State of North Carolina I thought you would enjoy it. I might have to buy you the book they are touting so that you can find some good 'Western Style' BBQ in Eastern North Carolina. Don't worry...it took me a while to get used to 'Eastern Style' when I moved to Raleigh. Now I love it! (BL)
